Studio Policies
A quick rundown of our terms so your shoot goes smoothly — please go through this before you book.
Please note: any damage to studio property during your session is the responsibility of the client and photographer.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is due before the shoot begins.
- Additional hours beyond the booked slot are charged at ₹1,000/hour.
- A full-day booking covers 7 hours; anything extra is billed hourly.
- A 50% advance is required to hold the studio exclusively for you.
Booking Rules
- Rescheduling your date requires 48 hours' notice and a ₹2,000 fee.
- Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable.
- Team size is capped at 4 photographers and 2 family members per couple.
Studio Rules
- Meals aren't permitted inside the shoot area; a separate space is set aside for this.
- A compact changing and makeup room is included with your booking.
- A caretaker remains on-site for the full duration of your shoot.
Liability
- Damage caused to the studio or backdrops will be billed to the client and photographer.
- Personal belongings and equipment are brought at your own risk — the studio isn't liable for loss or damage to these.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly not allowed on the premises.
- Nude or explicit content shoots are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Food and drinks are allowed only in the designated area — not on the studio floor.
Late / Overrun Policy
- Running past your booked time is charged at ₹250 per 15 minutes.
- If another client is booked next, your session must end on time regardless of overrun charges.
- Please build setup and pack-up time into your booked hours.
Minors / Child Shoots
- A parent or guardian must be present at all times during shoots involving minors.
- The studio is not liable for accidents involving unsupervised children.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Bangalore holding exclusive jurisdiction.
Force Majeure
- The studio isn't responsible for cancellations caused by power outages, building maintenance, or other events beyond its control.
- In such cases, affected clients will be offered the next available slot at no extra charge.
