Booking & Availability
How do I book the studio?
You can reserve a slot by getting in touch through our Contact Us page or WhatsApp. Once you confirm your preferred date and time, the booking is locked in with a 50% advance payment.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least a few days ahead, especially for weekends, since slots fill up quickly during peak wedding and event seasons.
Can I reschedule my shoot date?
Yes, date changes are possible with at least 48 hours’ notice. A rescheduling fee of ₹2,000 applies.
What's your cancellation policy?
Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. We’d suggest reaching out as early as possible if your plans change, so we can try to work out the best alternative.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost to rent the studio?
Pricing depends on the package and duration you choose. Head over to our Pricing page for the full breakdown, or message us for a custom quote.
What does a full-day booking include?
A full-day slot covers 7 hours of studio access. Any time beyond that is billed at ₹1,000 per additional hour.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No — a 50% advance secures your exclusive slot, and the remaining balance is settled before the shoot begins.
What if my shoot runs over the booked time?
Overrun time is charged at ₹250 per 15 minutes. That said, if another client has the studio booked right after you, your session will need to wrap up on schedule regardless of the overrun charge — so it helps to build in buffer time for setup and pack-up.
Studio & Equipment
What facilities are included with the studio?
Your booking includes a compact changing and makeup room, and a caretaker is present on-site throughout your session. For the full list of available equipment and setups, check our Facilities and Equipment page
Is parking available at the studio?
Yes, parking is available near the studio in JP Nagar. If you’re bringing a larger crew or vehicles, it’s worth messaging us beforehand so we can guide you on the best spot.
Can I bring my own lighting or equipment?
Absolutely — you’re welcome to bring your own gear alongside what the studio provides. Just note that personal equipment is brought at your own risk, as the studio isn’t liable for loss or damage to it.
Team Size & Guests
How many people can I bring for the shoot?
Bookings allow up to 4 photographers/crew members and 2 family members per couple. If you’re expecting a larger group, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Can children be part of the shoot?
Yes, but a parent or guardian needs to be present at all times during shoots involving minors. The studio can’t take responsibility for accidents involving unsupervised children.
Studio Rules
Is food allowed inside the studio?
Meals aren’t permitted inside the shoot area itself, but a separate designated space is provided for food and drinks.
What happens if something gets damaged during the shoot?
Any damage to the studio space or backdrops is billed to the client and photographer, so it’s worth being mindful with equipment and props during the session.
Are there any restrictions on the type of shoots allowed?
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances aren’t allowed on the premises, and nude or explicit content shoots are strictly not permitted. Beyond that, the studio works well for weddings, portraits, fashion, and most commercial shoots.

Where is the studio located?
The studio is located in JP Nagar, Bangalore. Exact directions are shared once your booking is confirmed.
What happens if there's a power cut or unexpected closure on my shoot day?
In the rare case of a power outage, building maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control, we’re not liable for the disruption — but we’ll offer you the next available slot at no extra charge.
