Please read our studio policies carefully before booking your shoot.

Important: damages caused to studio property must be paid by the client and photographer.

Payment policy

  • All payments must be cleared before the shoot starts.
  • feeExtra hour charged at ₹1,000/hour.
  • Full day covers 7 hours; extra hours billed per hour.
  • Studio held exclusively with 50% advance.

Booking rules

  • feeDate change needs 48hrs notice, ₹2,000 fee.
  • no refundBookings are non-refundable.
  • Max 4 photographer team, 2 family members per couple.

Studio rules

  • Food isn't allowed inside; a separate area is provided.
  • One small changing and makeup room included.
  • A caretaker is present throughout the shoot.

Liability

  • Damage to studio or backdrop is billed to client and photographer.
  • The studio isn't responsible for personal luggage or equipment.

Prohibited activities

  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are not allowed on the premises.
  • Nudity or explicit content shoots are strictly not permitted.
  • Food and beverages allowed only in the designated area, not the studio floor.

Late / overrun policy

  • feeSessions running over the booked slot are billed at ₹250 per 15 minutes.
  • If the next client is waiting, the shoot must end on time regardless of overrun charges.
  • Please plan setup and pack-up time within your booked hours.

Minors / child shoots

  • A parent or guardian must be present at all times during shoots involving minors.
  • The studio is not liable for accidents involving unsupervised children.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.

Force majeure

  • The studio is not liable for cancellations due to power outages, building maintenance, or events beyond its control.
  • In such cases, clients will be offered the next available slot at no extra charge.
